摘要
报道了采用固态反应方法制备Sm-Ba-Cu-O和Eu-Ba-Cu-O体系超导体块状样品的工艺、高温超导电性测量、X射线粉末衍射和扫描电镜分析的研究结果。
The technique of preparing bulk samples of Sm-Ba-Cu-O and Eu-Ba-Cu-O systems by solid-state reaction method was reported. The high Tc superconductivity measurements and the results of the crystal structure analysis of the same samples by means of X-ray powder diffraction and SEM were also presented.
