摘要
本文介绍了一个制备Tl-Ca-Ba-Cu-O高Tc超导材料的简单工艺,利用这种工艺制备了重复性好,性能稳定的Tl-Ca-Ba-Cu-O超导体,起始转变温度超过140K,零电阻温度为107K。
A simple melting process to prepare Tl-Ca-Ba-Cu-O superconducting material is described.It is of fine reproducibility and stability. Tl-Ca-Ba- Cu-O superconductor with the onset temperature over 140K and zero resis- tance state at 107K was obtanded.
