摘要
提出一种新的基于粗糙集理论的故障诊断方法.该方法的思路是首先对故障诊断系统的多个条件属性进行分块,建立分块决策表;然后根据不相容算法及粗糙集的约简理论对分块决策表进行约简;最后根据粗糙集的最小化方法求出分块的最小化的决策表,再将分块的最小化的决策表合成,建立整个系统的最小决策集.这种方法和根据粗糙集理论直接建决策表相比,主要优点是:前者决策表的规则数仅为后者的1/5,使约简工作量大大简化;约简和最小化过程简单明了、直观.在此基础上,研制开发了一种基于粗糙集理论的双局部通风机瓦斯故障诊断及其自动切换装置,并在铜川矿务局现场试验成功.
A new method of fault diagnosis of the rough set theory is presented in this paper. The new method is divided into the following step: first, the condition attributes of the fault diagnosis system are divided to establish the decision tables of the rough set; second, according to incompatible calculation way and reduction theories of rough set, the decision tables are reduced; then according to minimum method of the rough set, the divided minimum decision tables are calculated; finally, compose divided minimum tables, the minimum decision set of whole system is established. Compare with directly set up the decision table, the main advantage of the method: the rule number of the decision table only is 1/5 of original decision table, make reduced work simplify; the process of reduction and minimum is simple and direct. Based on the method, a kind equipment of the gas fault diagnosis and onoff conversion of two partial fans is designed and made, and checking before acceptance is success in the Shaanxi Tongchuan Coal Mine.
