摘要
根据阜新地区大巴沟隧道排矸石的特性,采用均匀设计安排试验,对试验现象的机理进行了分析,并以抗压、抗拉强度值和塌落度为综合指标,运用SPSS软件中的逐步回归分析法和MATLIB技术实现了原材料配合比的最优化.用优化值指导试验,可成功地配制出C100高强度混凝土、劈裂抗拉强度达到7 80MPa的钢纤维混凝土、压拉比为6左右的低聚合物水泥混凝土.
The author utilized the character of the waste rock produced from Dabagou Tunnel in Fuxin, made the experiments with uniform design way, analyzed the mechanism of the experiments phenomena. Based on the indexes of compression and tension strength, and the optimization of slump about the concrete, through the software of SPSS and MATLIB, the best proportion is solved out. We can get three kinds of concrete: high strength concrete of C100,reinforced steel fiber concrete with splitting tension strength to 780 MPa, low synthetic material cement concrete with the ratio of compression to tension up to about 6.
