摘要
本文研究了超声波对一水硬铝石型铝土矿溶出的影响 ,在不同溶出温度、不同苛性碱浓度下进行了有声场与无声场的试验研究。结果表明 :在声场作用下矿石的溶出率和溶出速度均得到提高 。
Effects of ultrasonic on digestion of diasporic bauxite is studied. Experimental researches with and without sound field are carried out under different digestion temperature and caustic concentration. The results shown that under the effect of sound field, both digestion rate and speed of the ore are increased. Satisfactory digestion results can be achieved at lower digestion temperature and caustic concentration.
