基于超声技术的土壤矿物样品高温浸提方法初探

摘要 本文对现有超声技术的应用进行考察,通过利用超声技术,研究改变反应时间、反应温度等浸提条件,对土壤矿物样品在高温环境下进行浸润提取,按照标准方法对样品指标进行测试分析。探究超声技术对浸提效果的影响,得到高温超声浸提处理的最佳条件,为今后土壤矿物样品分析前处理过程提高效率、降低成本提供新的工作思路。 In this paper,the application of existing ultrasonic technology was investigated.By using ultrasonic technology,the extraction conditions such as reaction time and reaction temperature were studied to extract soil mineral samples under high temperature environment,and the sample indexes were tested and analyzed according to standard methods.The influence of ultrasonic technology on the extraction effect was explored,and the best conditions for high-temperature ultrasonic extraction were obtained,which provided a new idea for improving the efficiency and reducing the cost of soil mineral sample analysis pretreatment in the future.
