摘要
根据渤海北部 1966—2001 海冰冰级年际变化的实际资料，利用 R/S 分析的原理和方法计算了 H 指数，建立了 R（i）/S（i） 与 i 的关系式，对渤海北部海冰趋势进行了预测分析。结果表明，利用分形分析方法进行海冰趋势预测不仅方法简便，而且结论具有客观性，可以将其作为海冰趋势预测中较为有效的一种方法。
:According to the measured data of the annual sea ice between 1966 and 2001 in the north of Bohai Sea, H exponent is calculated, and the relational expression of R(i)/S(i)and i is established, and change tendency of sea ice is forecast by means of the principle and method of R/S analysis. The results show that R/S analysis of sea ice forecasting is a handy method and practical conclusion. It can be regarded as a relatively efficient way of forecasting the change tendency of sea ice.
