摘要
利用序贯模块法开发了醋酸装置的全流程仿真培训系统。该系统采用严格的机理模型 ,通过有效的计算方法 ,保证了仿真速度的实时性与外部特性的逼真性。该系统已用于 10万t醋酸装置的仿真培训 ,取得了良好的培训效果。
A sequential modular approach was adopted to develop the simulation and training system of an acetic acid plant. Rigorous models and effective calculation methods were used to guarantee the real-time in speed and reality in exterior properties. This system has now been used for training workers in an industrial plant of 100,000 tons acetic acid per year, and its efficiency is satisfactory.
