聚氯乙烯生产工艺仿真培训系统开发与应用

摘要 针对乙烯法聚氯乙烯生产工艺特点,基于年产35万吨聚氯乙烯装置设计数据与控制策略,运用VxOTS软件开发模拟仿真培训系统(OTS)。经稳态、动态与性能验证,模型参数稳定、动态响应及时,可真实反映实际生产装置的开车、计划/紧急停车、稳态运行及事故处理等生产过程。应用于工艺仿真培训,可降低因人为失误导致的生产风险,还可为工艺参数优化、设计校验以及控制策略的研究提供可靠支撑。 Considering the characteristics of producing polyvinyl chloride(PVC)through the ethylene method,having the design data and control strategy of a 350 kt/a PVC plant based and a VxOTS software employed to develop a simulation training system(OTS)was implemented.The steady-state,dynamic performance verified proves its stable model parameters and a timely dynamic response.The results show that,this operator training simulator can reflect actual process like the start-up,planned/emergency shutdown,steady-state operation and accident treatment,including reducing risks caused by manual misoperation and providing reliable support for optimizing process parameters,design verification and the research of control strategies.
