摘要
利用花粉管通道法将抗棉铃虫、蚜虫双抗虫基因导入新疆 5个陆地棉品种中 ,通过PCR特异引物扩增及SlotBlot检测 。
Two kinds of insect resistant genes were introduced into the five varieties of Xinjiang cotton by pollen-tube pathway mediated transformat ion method. Results of PCR and Slot blot analysis were showed that transgenic insect resistant cotton plants were obtained.
