摘要
本研究将获得的导入慈姑胰蛋白酶抑制基因的新疆栽培品种(品系)和导入Bt基因的抗蚜品种,采用室内叶片饲喂法,进行了抗棉铃虫幼虫的鉴定和抗性评定。在供试的13个Bt材料中,其中有8个材料的抗虫性优于中国农科院培育的R93-6,表现为超高抗至中抗;导入APIA的4个棉株,与对照新陆早4号相比,其中3株表现为抗,1株为中抗。采用田间罩笼法观察棉蚜在抗虫棉上的增殖量,结果为川109和川77蚜量低于对照,而导入APIA的棉株效果不明显。
By the method of leaf feeding in laboratory,an evaluation was made on the APIA transgenic cotton varieties or lines and aphid resistant Bt cotton varieties. Among thirteen Bt cotton lines, eight lines were more resistant to the cotton bollworm by medium to high resistance than R93 6 which was bred by the Chinease Acadamy of Agricultural Sciences. Among 4 APIA transgenic plants, three show resistance while one medium resistance when compared with CK“Xinluzao 4”.In terms of reproductive capacity of cotton aphids inside the cages in the fields, “Chuan 109”and“Chuan 77”have fewer aphids than CK while APIA transgenic plants were not different from CK.
