摘要
本实验分析了棉花秆中概略养分含量 ,并采用尼龙袋法和体外产气技术对棉花秸秆的营养价值进行了初步评定 ,结果表明 :(1 )棉花秸秆中营养成分等含量为粗蛋白 6 .5 %、半纤维素 1 0 .7%、纤维素 4 4 .1 %、木质素1 5 .2 %、钙 0 .6 5 %、磷 0 .0 9%、游离棉酚 0 .0 3%。粗蛋白、纤维素和木质素含量高于主要农作物秸秆 ;且棉花秆各部位营养成分含量不同。 (2 )棉花秆的干物质有效降解率较低 ,为 33.3% ,分别为玉米秸秆、稻草和小麦秸秆干物质有效降解率的 5 4 .1 % ,6 7.7% ,88.3% ;代谢能为 5 .2 3MJ·kg-1 DM ,分别为玉米秸秆、稻草和小麦秸秆代谢能的6 4 .6 % ,6 9.7% ,87.8%。 (3)体外产气技术对棉花秸秆饲用价值研究的结果与尼龙袋法研究的结果一致。因此 ,棉花秸秆是一类有一定粗蛋白含量 。
The initial nutritive value of the cotton stalk was evaluated by the methods of nylon bag technique, cumulative gas production technique, and compared with that of the corn stalk, the rice straw and the wheat straw. The results showed that(1)the cotton stalk contained 6.5% of CP, 44.1% of cellulose, 10.7% of hemi cellulose, 15.2% of ADL, 0.63% of Ca, 0.09% of P and 0.03% of free gossypol.The content of CP, cellulose and hemi cellulose in the cotton stalk were higher than those of the other crop straws and the nutritive contents of cotton stalk in different parts were different.(2)The DM effective degradability (%) of the cotton stalk was lower (33.3%), and the ME of the cotton stalk was 5.23 MJ·kg -1 DM which was only 64.6% of the corn stalk, 69.7% of the rice straw and 87.8% of the wheat straw, respectively. (3)The evaluated results decided by cumulative gas production technique were consistent with those of nylon bag technique. It is considered that cotton stalk is a kind roughage characterizing with higher CP, lower DM effective degradability and ME content.
