摘要
以马日夫盐为主盐 ,分析磷化液各组分以及操作条件对磷化质量的影响 ,确定了钢铁表面黑色磷化的最佳配方。并在此基础上 ,通过加入氯酸钠降低磷化温度 ,研究出一种低温、无毒的黑色磷化工艺。
Manganess-Iron posphat is used as main salt.The effects of every component and operating conditions on phosphating quality are analyzed, then the best formulation for phosphating is determined, and on this basis, a process of nonpoisonous black phosphating at low-temperture is maken by adding sodium hypochlorate.
