阐述机械方案设计的过程及创新设计的作用和意义,通过引纬机构的设计分析了功能原理方法在产品创新设计中的应用,具体分析了引纬机构的功能分析过程,建立原理解的形态学矩阵,对满足引纬的运动特性和动力特性要求,根据机构组合关系获得原理解的组合,对引纬机构创新设计方案进行评价决策,达到实现较理想的原理方案创新设计的目的.
The paper analysed the process of the mechanical-scheme design, t he usage and the significance of creative-design. Analysis of the function pri nciple in the creactive design of product by weft-insertion mechanism design a nd the evaluation of the weft-insertion mechanism's creative design scheme, he lp to get a good principle scheme.
