摘要
本文讨论在凸轮机构动态综合中,应用4次磨光函数改善运动曲线高阶导数的光滑性,由此改善从动件系统动态特性的方法。磨光精度的修正采用“盈亏”修正法。对加速度曲线上产生的特大波动应用磨光修正法。在处理边界条件时,采用了满足位移、速度、加速度条件的延拓边界条件。文中以3-4-5多项式运动曲线为例说明磨光处理的过程,求取并比较相应的动态响应。从所得的结果可以看出,由动态综合所得的运动曲线经磨光处理后,其动态响应曲线能很好与理论曲线一致,动态特性得到明显改善。
In this paper, a smoothing method has been discussed by 4th-power smoothing function, in order to improve the smoothness of high order derivative of the moving curves in dynamic synthesis of cam mechanisms, thereof improves the dynamic characters of the follower system. The revised method of profit and loss was used to revise the smoothing pricision. The smoothing revised method was applied to revised the large undulation at the acceleration curve. In this case handling boundary conditions, the extended boundary conditions were used for supplying need of the displatment, velocity and acceleration conditions. Take the 3-4-5 polynomial moving curve for example, we explained the course of the smoothing handle, found and compared the relevant dynamic response. From these results we have known that the dynamic response curves are very identical than theoretical moving curve through dynamic synthesis and smoothing handle. The dynamic characters clearly have been improved.
