摘要
分析了现有科技成果转让定价方法的局限性 ,对科技成果的价值和价格 ,以及市场均衡问题进行了讨论 ,提出了科技成果转让的理论价格模型均衡价格法 ,并进行了较详细的论证 。
This paper discusses the method of make price about science and technology achievement, and show a new method of harmonious price.
