摘要
从科技成果转化是处在完全竞争市场的假定出发，分析了科技成果转化价格的构成要素。
Suppose the achievement of science and technology is in the competition, this paper deals with the essential factors of transfering from the AST to price, the principle of transfering form the AST to price fixing and its method.
