摘要
为了快速对自来水 ,井水进行痕量铁的检测 ,利用在稀硫酸介质中 ,痕量Fe(III)对过氧化氢氧化番红花红的反应有强烈的催化作用 ,据此建立了新的催化光度法测定铁的新方法。方法的检出限为 8.5× 10 - 2 μg·mL- 1,线性范围为 0～ 1.4 μg·mL- 1Fe(III)。
In a dilute H 2SO 4 medium , the oxidation of Safranin T Water Soluble by hydrogen peroxide is catalyzed by trace iron(Ⅲ).a new method of determination of trace amounts of iron is founded. The detection limit is 8.5×10 -2 μg·mL -1 .The linear range of iron(Ⅲ) is 0～1.4 μg·mL -1. The method has been applied to the analysis of tap water and well water.
