摘要
本文研究了氨水介质中,痕量镍(Ⅱ)催化加速过氧化氢氧化邻苯二酚紫的褪色反应及其动力学条件。反应速率常数为2.217×10^(-3)/s,活化能为136.31kj/mol,半衰期为5.209min,建立了测定镍(Ⅱ)的新方法,灵敏度为1.29×10^(-10)g/mL,测定范围为0~5μg Ni^(2+)/25mL。
A new method has been studied that the trace Ni(Ⅱ) in ammonia water solution catalyzes the discoring reaction of hydrogen peroxide oxidizing pyrocatechol violet and its kinetic condition, which reaction rate constant is 2.217×10^(-3)/s, the apparent activition energy 136.31 KJ/mL, half life period (t_(1/2) 5.209 min. A new method for determination the trace Ni(Ⅱ) was set up. The sensitivity is 1.29×10^(-10)g/mL, the range of determination is 0~5 μg/25 mL.
