使 PVA与氢氧化铜形成包合物 ,可使氢氧化铜在 8≤p H≤ 1 2的水溶液中增溶和吸收光谱红移 .以 p H=1 0的 Cu2 + -PVA-H2 O体系在 740 nm波长下 ,用分光光度计测定铜 (II)盐 ,其含量在 1 0~5 0 mg/1 0 0 m
By transforming PVA and Cupric hydroxide into polyv ingle, we can solusilize the cupric hydroxide and make a red shift of its absorption spectrum. The absorbance measur ed by spectrophotometer at 740nm was plotted against the different molar concentration of cupric salt in Ph =10 aqueous solution of Cu 2+ -PVA.The range of the determination of CuCl 2·2H 2O is 10-50mg/100m L.
