Determination of Germanium in Sea Cucumbers by Spectrophotometric Method

摘要 对不同产地海参中总锗的含量进行测定。采用灰化法对样品进行处理,以CTMAB为增溶剂,明胶为稳定剂,苯芴酮为显色剂,在酸性条件下进行显色,利用分光光度法测定海参中锗的含量.该体系在503nm处有最大吸收峰,回归方程为A=1.0925C+0.16815,线性范围为0.072~0.504μg∥mL,r=0.9978,方法的回收率为98.54%~99.30%,RSD为1.9%.本方法样品处理简单,准确度高,可用于海参中锗的含量测定。 To determine the content of Germanium in Sea Cucumbers, the samples were treated by ashing method, and Germanium was colored with Phenylfluorone in the acidified solution with CTMAB as solubilization agent and gelatine as stabilizer, and the content of Germanium was determined by Spectrophotometry. The maximum absorption of association complex was at 503 nm. Regression equation was A= 1. 092 5C +0. 168 15 ,the linear range 0. 072 ~ 0.504 μg/mL, r = 0.997 8, the recovery 98.88% , RSD 1.9%. This method was simple, accurate, and could be used to determine the content of Germanium in Sea Cucumbers.
