催化方式和水硅比对正硅酸乙酯的溶胶凝胶过程的影响 被引量:25

摘要 运用溶胶凝胶工艺制备SiO2凝胶,研究了H+浓度和催化剂的阴离子类型对TEOS的水解和聚合结构的影响,以及水硅比对其的影响。结果表明不同的催化方式、H+离子浓度和水硅比等对凝胶化时间有显著的影响。 SiO2 Gels are prepared by SolGel processing.The effects of concentration of H+ and different kinds of anions on the hydrolysis and condensation structures of the gels are investigated, and the effects of the ratio of water to TEOS are studied as well. Different catalyzing mode,H+ ion concentration and the ratio of water to TEOS have great inflences on the gelation time and the structure of SiO2 Gels.
