摘要
在扩散限制集团凝聚(DLCA)模型的基础上,考虑溶胶粒子的密度和能量分布对溶胶—凝胶过程初始状态的影响,编制了溶胶—凝胶成膜过程的MonteCarlo模拟软件。利用该软件对硅气凝胶膜的凝胶化过程进行了模拟,得到了薄膜生长各阶段的分形图像,计算了分形维数并讨论了硅气凝胶的生长机制。
A Monte Carlo simulating software for forming film in sol-gel processes was made out. The affects of the density and energy distributions of sol particles to the initial state were considered on the bases of DLCA model. The forming film proceses of silica aerogels were simulating by this program and the fractal pictures of aerogel films in the different stage were got and the growing mechanism was discussed.
