摘要
农业制度创新是深化农业改革的关键 ,能使传统农业向现代农业转变 ,促进农业增效、农民增收和农村稳定。利用层次分析法建立评价指标体系 ,对农业制度创新进行综合评价 ,并对其定量指标用功效系数法测算 。
Agricultural system innovation is the key to deepen the agricultural reform, can make traditional agriculture transform into modern agriculture, promote agriculture's efficiency, increase peasant's income and keep countryside steady.This paper utilizes the analytic hierarchy process to establish the system of evaluation index, carries on comprehensive appraisal to agricultural system innovation, calculates the quantitative index with efficiency coefficient method and qualitative index with the comprehensive evaluation assessment of fuzzy mathematics.
