摘要
对国内外创新评估理论的发展历程及现状进行了总结,探讨在新一代信息技术背景下,对企业创新进行调查和评估的方法,并利用DEA-Malmquist指数法对8家典型企业进行创新效率评价,最后提出创新调查和评估的改善建议。
In this paper,we summarized the history and status of development of innovation evaluation theory,discussing the methods of investigation and assessment to business innovation under the next generation of information technology background.Further,we evaluating innovation efficiency on eight typical enterprise by using DEA-Malmquist index.lastly,put forward proposals to improve innovation survey and assessment.
