摘要
西部中小企业的发展在我国西部大开发中占有重要的地位 ,加入WTO后西部中小企业面临着更多的机遇和挑战。在总结我国西部中小企业基本情况和剖析西部中小企业发展因素的基础上 ,探讨克服不利影响的一些对策措施。
China's entry into the WTO brings more opportunities and challenges to SEMS, which play an important part in the development of the western area. By summarizing basic situations of western SMES and analyzing their development factors, the paper puts fonvard the countermeasures against the adverse influences on SMES caused by China's WTO membership.
