从市场规制的经济学内涵讨论来看 ,市场天生不完美是市场规制理论产生和发展的理由。从自由市场进入垄断阶段后 ,市场规制理论便随着市场规制实践不断发展 ,并在经济学上形成独具一格的前沿学科。市场规制理论在发展阶段上有三大理论 ,即市场规制的公共利益理论、市场规制俘获理论和市场规制经济理论。
The implication of market governing economics somewhat explains the deficiency of market. It has been developing since free market grows into monoply stage. Now it has become a unique advanced decipbine including three major theories, ie. public interest theory of market govername, capturing theory and economic theory of market governance.
