摘要 介绍了一种适用于小井筒的对称式复合射孔 /防砂装置的基本结构和工作原理 ,探讨了该装置的设计原理 ,包括枪管的选用 ,螺纹强度的设计 ,枪内火药燃烧压力的计算等 ,指出了现场实施应注意的问题。最后以杜 84块四口试验井为例说明了该技术的应用效果。 The perforation/sandproof composite tcchnique is a new sand control tcchnique for oil well. Combined multiple techniques such as perforation, controlled pulse fracturing and mechanical sand control together, it perforates in formation and impels sand proof material into perforation tunnel to form permanent sand proof plug in several milliseconds, using the energy from perforating cartridge explosion and assistant propellant deflagration. Such a technique is simple, economical and convenient in manipulation, and has enormous economic benefit and wide marketable prospect. This paper presents a new symmetric perforation/sandproof composite technique for small oil wells,describes its charge structure, working principle and basic requirements, and emphasizes some problems that should been noticed during the design and operation. Examples are given to show the sand control effect achieved by this technique from four testing wells in Block Du 84.
