摘要
介绍了利用Pro/E三维设计软件建立超高压射孔枪数值模型,进行有限元分析和优化设计的方法。考虑射孔枪的密封和承压等常规因素,在超高压射孔枪的结构设计中综合3个关键因素:影响射孔枪整体强度的盲孔深度和形状;射孔参数和射孔枪之间的内在联系,如孔密、相位等的影响;射孔枪承受拉力载荷以及井内温度等因素对射孔枪抗压强度的影响。利用Pro/E的CAD和CAE功能完成超高压射孔枪的结构设计、数值分析以及多参数联合控制优化设计。经过试验验证,综合考虑以上因素设计的超高压射孔枪满足设计要求。
Introduced is a method using Pro/E to create 3D model of ultra-high pressure perforating gun and complete the finite element analysis and optimization design. In addition to considering the gun seal and bearing, the following 3 key factors should be considered in the gun design: depth and shape of blind hole related to the gun collapse pressure; internal relation between perforation parameters and perforating gun, such as the hole density, phase and so on~ influence of tensile load and well temperature on the gun collapse pressure. The study result shows that the use of powerful CAD and CAE functions of Pro/E can effectively complete the gun structure design, numerical analysis and multi-parameter optimization design of the gun. After experimental verification, our designed gun considering the above factors meets the new design requirements.
