摘要
介绍了多代理的概念,提出将多代理系统的目标及推理、决策、协作、规则及控制等能力运用于CRM系统,使得整个CRM系统具有自治性、自动反映性、交互性及自适应性,在此基础上给出系统模型并讨论了各模型代理间的协作问题。
After introducing the concept of Multi-Agent System,this paper applies the Multi-Agent System's capabilities of target and reasoning,decision-making,cooperation,rule and control to CRM system,thus CRM System get the capacity of autonomy ,automatic reflection,alteration and adaptation.Based on this,the article discusses the system model and the cooperation of the agents in the model.
