摘要
对热轧变形区工件进行受力分析 ,建立了塑性变形方程 ,考虑轧件在出口处存在弹性变形区的影响 ,以及采用轧辊表面与金属流动的摩擦系数实验模型 ,对塑性方程进行求解 ,得到热轧轧制压力的理论解 ,经与生产实测大量数据进行对比分析 ,说明其有良好的计算精度 ,并用于红冶钢厂小型材连轧辊位设定及连轧无套微张力控制 。
Analyses the area of hot rolling deforming. The plastic equation has been established. Considering the effect of elastic deforming area on the exit of works,and adopting the experimental model of friction coefficient. The resolution in theory of hot rollingforce is gained. The calculated results are closer to the measured ones. The model is applied in setting of roller position and continuous rolling control of tension in HongYe Steel factory .
