摘要
通过蠕变断裂试验和持久强度试验,研究125 MW机组长期运行后X20Cr Mo WV121钢主蒸汽管的蠕变变形方程和蠕变曲线,并根据持久强度外推法和θ函数法进行剩余寿命评估。结果表明,所研究的主蒸汽管道在以蠕变为主要失效模式下,满足继续安全运行10万h的要求。
Through creep rupture test and endurance strength test,the creep deformation equation and creep curve of X20CrMoWV121 steel main steam pipe for a 125 MW unit after long-term operation have been studied,and the residual service life being evaluated on the basis of persistent strength extrapolation method and zero function method.Results show that the main steam pipe can satisfy the requirements of continuous safe operation for 100 000 h under condition of taking creep as the main failure mode.
