摘要
用SDS -PAGE检测了几种丝蛋白质及其同工酶的表型 ,结果表明高压静电场处理没有引起检查的结构蛋白和其他高表达蛋白发生可检测到的变异。从酯酶电泳图谱上看 ,有两处可见的变异 ,即在ES - 2区 ,对照样品均有 1条弱带 ,而在多数处理样品中缺乏此带。处理组的SOD酶活性要高于对照组。显示高压静电场处理可以增强SOD的活性。本研究没有发现非常明显的表型差异。要深入探讨提高产丝量的机制 。
The profiles of some silk proteins and isoenzymes we re examined by S DS-PAGE. The results showed that there were no revealable changes in the structu re proteins and other high expressive protein examined. There were two visible c hanges in the esterase, which there was a weak band in ES-2 in the control group , but there was no it in most treated groups. The activity of SOD in treated gro ups was higher than that of the control group. It means that treatment with high voltage static electric field led increasing of activity of SOD. In the study n o significant changes of the protein and isoenzymes examined were found. To unde rstand the mechanisms of increasing silk output more biochemical and biological targets need to be examined.
