非酶糖化抑制剂对STZ大鼠视网膜毛细血管重建的影响

摘要 目的 研究糖尿病大鼠视网膜毛细血管重建及非酶糖化抑制剂对其影响。方法 用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导SD大鼠建立糖尿病动物模型 ,随机分为糖尿病组 (DM )及氨基胍组 (AG) ,分别饲养 3月和 6月 ,运用视网膜消化铺片和图像分析方法 ,观测糖尿病大鼠视网膜微血管结构改变及非酶糖化抑制剂对其影响。结果 DM组视网膜毛细血管周细胞数目较 12周明显减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ,内皮细胞数目无明显变化 ,核染色深 ,形态异常 ,毛细血管闭塞。AG组病变减轻。 Objective To observe the effect of nonenzymation glycosylation inhibitor on retinal capillary reconstruction in diabetic rats Methods Diabetic animal models were induced by STZ on SD rats The rats were treated with nonenzymatic glycosylation inhibitor The reconstruction of diabetic retinal capillary was observed by trypsin digestion and figure analysed Results At 6 month,the significant alteration of retinal capillary pericyte in diabetic rats were observed( P <0 05) The rats treated with nonenzymatic glycosylation inhibitor are statistical different from significance (P <0 05)diabetic rats Conclusions Nonenzymatic glycosylation inhibitor are effective in preventing and treating diabetic retinopathy
