摘要
目的 探讨模拟定位机下经皮穿刺肺活检对周围性肿块的临床诊断价值。方法 采用模拟定位机导向对 4 7例肺周围性肿块进行模拟定位导向 ,经皮肺活检后作病理诊断。结果 肺癌 4 3例 ,结核 2例 ,炎性假瘤 2例 ,阳性率 93% ,且并发症少 ,操作简便、快捷、安全。
Objective To study of Elektal precise simulator guide percutaneous needle biopsy of the patients with peripheral lung cancer. Methods The modeling localization inventory guide percutaneous needle biopsy were performed in 47 patients with peripheral lung cancer. Results The results were positive in 93%, including 43 of 47 proved malignant and 3 of 46 proved benign. Conclusions The authors suggestes that this method is simple, safe, pain slight, highly accurate procedure and is worth to be widely used in the diagnosis of patients with peripheral lung cancer .
