摘要
目的探讨CT引导经皮活检术对肺部周围性病变的诊断价值。方法对66例肺周围性病变患者进行CT引导下的经皮肺活检术。结果 CT引导下的经皮肺活检术对肺周围性病变确诊率为93.94%,气胸与出血的发生率为16.67%。结论 CT引导下经皮肺活检是一种安全有效可靠的方法 ,可为肺部周围性病变患者提供可靠的病理标本。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy for peripheral pulmonary lesions. Methods 66 cases of peripheral pulmonary lesions were treated by transthoracie needle biopsy under CT guidance, and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy to peripheral pulmonary lesions was 93.94% ,and the rate of complication was 16. 67%. Conclusion CT-guided transthoracie needle biopsy is an effective,reliable and safe method for the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary lesions.
