摘要
目的:应用膜分离技术过滤青霉素发酵液。方法:使用膜过滤装置过滤青霉素发酵液,与鼓氏过滤收率及透光度对比。结果:应用膜过滤的青霉素发酵液过滤的收率明显高于鼓氏过滤收率。结论:用膜分离技术过滤青霉素发酵液既能够去除发酵液中的菌丝及各种蛋白,又不需要用硫酸酸化,减少了过滤的收率损失,提高滤液质量。
Objective:Penicillin broth was filtered by membrane-filter using membrane sepa- ration technology,in order to improve the quality and yield of the broth.Method:application of membtane separation fixation on filtration of broth of Penicillin oppose the drum chic separation fixation.Results:each of guideline of the broth of Penicillin that apply the membrane separation fixation is better than it that apply the drum chic fixation is better than it that apply the drum chic fixation.Conclusion.application of membrane separation fixation on filtration of broth of Penicillin can remove the mycelium and all kinds o protein within the broth without acidi- fication to decrease the loss'of yield,improve the quality of the broth.
