摘要
采用超滤膜、纳滤膜对青霉素发酵液进行脱色除蛋白试验,考查该体系膜通量、发酵液浓缩情况及滤液质量等。研究发现,采用膜系统处理青霉素发酵液在工艺、技术上是可行的,比传统过滤方式具有优越性。
This paper introduced membrane separation technique in brief. Penicillin fermentation was tested in decolouration and deproteinization with nanofiltration （NF） and uhrafihration （UF） membrane. Membrane flux, concentration of fermentation and quality of filtrate were also investigated. Results showed that the treatment of penicillin fermentation with membrane system was feasible in technology, and advanced compared with traditional filtration.
