白细胞介素20的结构、功能及其信号传导途径 被引量：1

摘要 白细胞介素 2 0 (interleukin 2 0 ,IL 2 0 )是近来发现的白细胞介素 10相关细胞因子家族的新成员。人和小鼠的IL 2 0分子均由 176个氨基酸组成 ,两者同源性为 76 %。IL 2 0与IL 10有 2 8%的同源性 ,与其它IL 10家族成员如IL 19,IL 2 2 ,IL 2 4 ,IL 2 6在氨基酸序列上具有一定的同源性 ,但生物学功能却不尽相同。IL 2 0能够调节皮肤正常生理功能 ,活化角质细胞中的STAT3途径 ,促进一些细胞因子、趋化因子的大量表达 ,从而调节皮肤早期炎症的发生。本文对IL 2 0的编码基因、分子结构、表达与调控、受体与信号传导途径和生物学活性作一综述。
