摘要
对江西赣南北部林区的野生梨菇进行了化学成分分析,结果表明,它含金属元素15种、粗蛋白含量达27 52%、氨基酸含量达23 98%,是一种很优秀的野生食用菌。
Analysis of chemical composition for wild R.cyanoxantha.f peltteeraiu in the northern forest region,Gannan Jiangxi,was made.The results indicated that the R.cyanoxantha.f peltteeraiu contains 15 kinds of metal elements,and the crude protein content and the amino acid content reach 2752% and 2398% respectively.The R.cyanoxantha.f peltteeraiu is a kind of the excellent wild edible fungus.
