摘要
从合成反应原理出发,考察了水基冻胶压裂液用的有机硼络合物交联剂的各项合成反应条件,得到了耐高温延缓型交联剂OB 200的最佳合成工艺。反应物的用量以体积计分别为:硼酸盐15%~20%,配位体(质量比1∶7~10的葡萄酸钠和多元醇LB 2)35%,溶剂(体积分数0.25的丙三醇水溶液)45%~50%,催化剂为质量比10∶2的稀土金属硫酸盐和NaOH,用量0.15%,反应温度60℃,反应时间3.5~4.0小时。有机硼OB 200/羟丙基瓜尔胶压裂液(5g/LHPG水溶液,交联比100∶3),交联时间在300~305s,冻胶的耐温性达143℃。图6表2参5。
The variables of synthesis of organic boron complexes as crosslinker for aqueous gelling hydrofracturing fluids are investigated starting from the principles reactions involved and an optimal synthetic technology is estabilished and results in a heat resistant delayed organic boron crosslinker, OB200, prepared. The composition of reaction mixtures in volume percentage is 15—20% borate, 35% legend compounds (sodium gluconate and polyol LB2 in mass ratio 1∶7—10), and 45—50% solvent (25% glycerine aqueous solution) with 0.15% catalyst (rare earth metal sulfates and NaOH in mass ratio 10∶2); reaction temperature 60℃ and reaction time 3.5—4.0 hrs. For an OB200/HPG gelling fluid (in 5 g/L HPG aqueous solution with polymer to crosslinker ratio 100∶3), crosslinking (gelation) time in range 300—305 sec and gel heat resistance up to 143℃ are observed.
