摘要
采用高岭土原位晶化合成分子筛的方法 ,开发出一种加工重油的全白土REHY型催化裂化催化剂LB 2 ,其分子筛含量约 30 % ,孔径分布主要集中在 3~ 10nm。在钒、镍污染水平分别达到 5 0 0 0 μg/g、30 0 0 μg/g时 ,其活性、汽油产率及焦炭选择性优于国内外对比剂。工业应用结果表明 ,LB 2催化剂的液体收率高于原使用催化剂 ,其中汽油收率高约 2个百分点 ,辛烷值也有明显改善 。
A novel REHY type FCC catalyst LB 2 for processing heavy oil was prepared from kaolin by in situ crystallization, its molecular sieve content was around 30% and the pore diameters were mainly concentrated in the range of 300-1 000 nm. In comparison with the reference metal tolerance catalysts, the activity, naphtha yield and coke selectivity of LB 2 were better at vanadium and nickel depositions of 5 000 μg/g and 3 000 μg/g respectively. The commercial application showed that the liquid yield of LB 2 was higher than the original catalyst, the naphtha yield was 2% higher and the octane number was obviously improved.
