摘要
在当今的激烈国际竞争中 ,大学是影响到国家核心竞争力的重要因素。因此 ,创建世界一流大学应该是国家发展的战略重点之一。一流大学除了必须有世界一流的教学科研成果和强大的物质技术基础等硬指标 ,还必须特别强调宽松活跃的学术环境和探求真理的科学精神。发展中国家的大学必须在教育理念、办学战略、用人制度和管理体制等方面实现“跨越式”发展 ,并要善于借鉴国际高等教育发的展经验 ,形成广阔的世界眼光 ,积极参与国际学术竞争 。
University is one of the key factors for a country's competitiveness. Thus to develop world class universities should be one of the strategic prioriti es for a country. In addition to high quality teaching and research and sufficie nt financial resources, university in developing countries should make more effo rts to cultivate spirit to pursue truth and academic freedom, and continue to re new its conception and operation, and borrow international experiences in order to develop more quickly and achieve world class status.
