摘要
研究生教育在培养高科技人才、提升以创新能力为核心的国家核心竞争力方面起着极为重要的作用,但我国的研究生教育却问题多多,不尽如人意,因此,应在建设高等教育强国的战略目标指导下,进行以培养创新能力为重心的研究生教育改革。
Post-graduate education plays an important role in country＇s core competitiveness which focuses on cultivating high-tech talent, enhance innovation capability, but postgraduate education in our country has a lot of problems, not satisfactory. Therefore, the reform should be carried on to foster innovation under the guidance of strategic objectives to construct a strong higher education country.
