摘要
设计了一种测定螺旋式榨油机膛内压力的方案,并在螺杆式榨油机上完成了测试.用实验应力分析法,根据粘贴在榨筒外表面上的电阻应变计输出的应变数据,计算出膛内压力.测试数据有助于对该机压榨过程的研究,该测法可用于其它螺杆式挤压机膛内压力的测定.
In this paper an experiment is designed for the pressure determination of a screw oil mill. By means of electric strain determination technique,the inside pressure can be reversely calculated from the data given by the strain gauges which are glued on the outer surface of the squeezing cylinder. The obtained results are helpful to the research of the process of extrustion. Furthermore,the method used here is also applicable to the determination of squeezing pressure of other extruders.
