摘要
目的;了解兔眼角膜的力学特性,得出以面应变γ与角膜内外压强差p'表达的本构方程。方法:模拟眼内压,测量了20只兔眼角膜。结果:获得了本构关系γ=γ_0exp(c/p')和面积模量E=A+Bp'。结论:角膜是不易发生较大变形的粘弹性材料。
The purpose o( this research is to gel to know the biomeehanieal properties of the cornea . obtain the constitutive relation and predict the prospect on the clinical practice after using the equations. Material and Method: We have done experiments on 20 corneas ol the rabbits with the experimental method we developed by ourselves. furthermore, we did image processing on the pictures of deforming corneas. Conclusions: After filling the experimental datum We draw conclusions as foll owed:
(1) The relation between area strain(γ) and the difference of the pressures(P'):
γ=γ0exp(C/P')
(2) The relation between area modulus(E) and the difference of the pressures(P'):
E=A+BP'
So, We can say , the cornea is a viscous-elastical material which is hard lo deform.
