摘要
了解肺栓塞时血管内皮功能改变及内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽的血浆水平改变 ,并对二者对呼吸系统及血流动力学的作用进行综合评述 ,为疾病治疗提供有力的理论参考。
To understand the disorder of vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and the changes of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene\|related peptide (CGRP) in plasma of patients with pulmonary embolism. To summarize the effect on respiratory system and hemodynamics of ET and CGRP and would provide powerful theoretic reference for treatment of disease.\;
