摘要
清末变法修律是中国历史上的一次大规模的法律移植活动。实证表明,清末变法修律虽然是我国法制史上浓墨重彩的一笔,但它毕竟是一次不成功的法律移植活动,给我们留下了深刻的历史教训,这对我国法律现代化有重要意义。
The Reform and Modification of laws in the Late Qing Dynasty was transplanting of Western Laws on large scale in China's history. This article analyzes this event by method of positivism. The conclusions are that the Reform and Modification of Laws is one of the significant event in the history of law in China , but , after all, it is not successful and that it gives us many lessons which are helpful to the modernization of China law.
