摘要
[目的]探讨肺癌死亡和大气污染程度之间的关系。[方法]收集江苏省1996年~1998年间肺癌死亡资料和同期的空气质量资料,利用地理信息系统的空间预测功能,分别作出江苏省肺癌死亡和大气污染情况的空间地理分布图,并在此基础上作相关分析。[结果]发现在大气污染严重的地区,肺癌死亡率也较高;经统计学分析发现预测的各地区NOx浓度和肺癌标化死亡率之间相关有显著性。[结论]大气污染和肺癌死亡之间存在一定的关联因素,控制大气污染将是减少肺癌死亡的一项重要干预措施。
To explore the relationship between air pollution and the mortality of lung can-cer.The data of air pollution and the standardized mortality of lung cancer from parts of Jiangsu Province between1996and1998were collected.We utilized the spatial predictionfunction of the geographic information system to form the spatial geographic maps of lung cancer mortality and air pollution in Jiangsu Province respectively,the relationship between them were also analyzed.It showed that high concentrations of SO 2 ?NOx and total suspensions(TSP)and high mortality of lung cancer both happened in the same urban areas around Jiangsu Province,such as Suzhou,Nanjing and Xuzhou.Statistical significance was found in correlation between concentrations of NOx and the standardized mortality of lung cancer by Spearman correlation test.[Conclusions]There are some as-sociation between air pollution and the mortality of lung cancer.To control air pollution will be one of the interventions in prevention for lung cancer.
