摘要
为了节能降耗 ,提出了节能抽油机的设计准则 .对比了各种传动方式 ,认为采用柔性与刚性相结合的传动方案 ,可使抽油机获得 5~ 8m的冲程 ,是提高泵效和降低电机功率的有效途径 .根据渐开线的特性 ,设计出定径大天轮与变径小天轮组合的结构 ,可减少曲柄轴上转矩和变化幅度 ,从而减少电机功率 ,实现节能的目的 .针对易损件钢丝绳的失效机理 ,提出了提高钢丝绳使用寿命的具体措施 .
The design criteria for involute pumping unit is presented in this paper to meet the practical need of power saving in oil field. Through comparing different driving schemes, a structure that combines wrapping connector driving with rigid driving is adopted to obtain a 5 to 8 meter long stroke, thus may increase the efficiency of pump and decrease driving motor power at the same time. A compound head sheave is designed based on the involute features, in which a big constant diameter sheave and a small reducer one are included to decrease crank torque and its amplitude. The wire rope used in the pumping unit is a wearing part, whose failure mechanism is studied and the corresponding measures are proposed to prolong its life span.
